It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Irene L. Stabenow of Schoharie, New York, born in Cooperstown, New York, who passed away on July 4, 2022, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Haner and Katheryne Haner (Bradley); and her siblings, Ginny Larkin and Foster Haner. She is survived by: her son Craig Barbic (Amy) of Littleton, CO; and her grandchildren, Ben and Kate. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Memorial contributions may be made in memory of Irene to the Animal Shelter of Schoharie Valley, PO box 40, Howes Cave, NY 12092.
