She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd Spaulding and Fannie Spaulding (Tompkins); her former husband Al Collins; her son Jeffery E.; her daughter-in-law Sandra Collins; her siblings, Clinton (Beatrice), Charles, Roy Spaulding (Nancy), Jessie Cole and Marie Stanton (Milton); and her brother-in-law George Mann.
She is survived by: her husband Samuel T. Warner II; her children, Robin Hahn (Jerry) of Cobleskill, Mark R. Collins of Chickamauga, GA, Sara Barretta (Santo), Samuel T. Warner, III (Lisa) of Greenville, SC and Susann Warner McKinley (David) of East Amherst, NY.; her grandchildren, Brianne H. Slater (Philip), Owen M. Hahn, Mark R Collins, Jr., Andrea Hipwell (Michael), Michael Los (Kathy), Caitlyn Warner (CJ), Marissa Warner, Sydney McKinley and Kiefer McKinley; her great grandchildren, Chase Slater, Cole, Lucas, Mason and Dylan Hipwell; her sister Martha Mann of Queensbury, NY; and her siblings-in-law, Ginny Colins, Arlene Spaulding and Robert Cole of Stone Ridge, NY. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
