Hazel Mae Jenkins Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hazel Mae Jenkins of Schoharie, New York, born in Oneonta, New York, who passed away on January 16, 2024 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Richard Conklin and Mae VanHoesen Conklin; her husband Gerald William Jenkins, Sr.; and her brother Richard Conklin. She is survived by: her son Gerald William Jenkins, Jr.; her grandson Nicholas Birsen; her sisters, Mary Hanvey and Leona Pope; her daughter Kim Birsen; her sister Margaret Herrala of Cobleskill, NY; her grandsons, Christopher Birsen and Gerald Jenkins, III; her great grandchildren, Jane and Mae Jenkins; her cousin Charles VanHoesen (Kathy); her siblings-in-law, Tom and Sharon Nesbitt; and her niece Tamara Guerrero. She is also survived by many other nieces and nephews.
