He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Uveges and Veronica Danyi Uveges; his former wife Catherine; his siblings, Agnes, Anne, Bertha, Pearl, Mick, Joe, Frank, Albert, Clarence and Verne; his grandson Andrew; and his daughter-in-law Lori (Thorington).
He is survived by: his sibling Hungarian; his wife Lois; his sons, Joe (Kristen), John (Robin), Mick and Steve; and his brother James. He is also survived by numerous step-children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren.
