He was predeceased by: his sister Julie Oliver. He is survived by: his children, Jeff Holik (Amy Newman) and Lori Holik (Charlie Ognibene); his grandchildren, Amanda Freedman, Andrew Holik, Nick Ognibene (Abbye) and Caroline Ognibene; and his great grandchildren, Harry Freedman, Charlie Freedman, Silas Ognibene and Evie Ognibene. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
