She was predeceased by: her parents, Herbert L. Sheldon, Sr. and Sylvia E. Benson-Sheldon; her sisters, Sandra, Donna, Gwendolyn Sheldon and Isabelle Sheldon-Windom; her husband Douglas W. Griffin, Sr. (Residing); her parents-in-law, Thomas and Helen Griffin (Hoke); her brothers-in-law, Noah Blount, William L. Pounds, Jr. and Geoffrey Windom; her niece Stephanie Sheldon-McQueen; her great-niece Jalissa Nesmith; and her nephew Corey Sheldon.
She is survived by: her daughter Crystal Griffin Griffin (Naomi); her grandchildren, Shrilanka Jacobs, Douglecia Jacobs (Grenaldo), Ahylicia Lewis-Griffin and Mykel Griffin; her great grandchildren, Jaylen Perry and Alyviah Fielder; and her siblings, Herbert L. Sheldon, Jr. (Doreen), Lorraine Blount, Arthur Sheldon, Melissa Maisonet (Carlos) and Anthony Sheldon. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
