He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond L. Coulter and Josephine Coulter (Snowstein); and his sister Vivian M. Kavanaugh. He is survived by: his significant other Marilyn "Mo" Cummings; his children, Kevin Coulter (Alida) and Phyllis Kingsbury (John); and his grandson Sean Kingsbury. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
