It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Virginia C. Polsinelli (Schenectady, New York), born in Mechanicville, New York, who passed away on September 26, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Valentino and Marie Marano Valentino; her husband Lewis A. Polsinelli; and her siblings, Mary Valentino, Carmen Valentino, Anthony, Pastie Valentino and John Valentino.
She is survived by: her sons, Lewis Polsinelli, Jr. (Darlene) and Ronald Polsinelli, Sr. (Lucia); her grandchildren, Ronald Polsinelli, Jr. (Marie), Cynthia McCloskey (Jamie) and Candice Huhtala; her great grandchildren, Marcus, Stella, Owen, Giavanna and Enzo; and her sister Rose DeVito. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St. Anthony's Roman Catholic Church (331 Seward Pl, Schenectady, NY 12305). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, September 30th 2024 at the St. Anthony's Cemetery.
