He is survived by: his siblings, Maryann Martini (Richie), John O'Toole (Lucy), Patrick O'Toole (Patricia) and Joseph O'Toole; his sons, Michael O'Toole (Megan) and Joseph O'Toole; and his stepdaughter Jamie Ryder. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
