She is survived by: her daughter Dawn Guay (James); her granddaughters, Alanna Guay (John Kolach), Olivia Wade (Brandon) and Zoe Guay (Cody Stark); her great grandchildren, Rebel and Harley Wade; her nieces and nephews, Kristine Tommasone (John), Bill Miller (Corinne), Sandy Daunais (John), Wendy Brooks (Tom) and Susan Young (Brian); and her sibling Gayle Henry.
