He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter D. Bethel and Natalie Domini Bethel; and his siblings, Walter Bethel and Doris Ronesi. He is survived by: his wife Betty Kay; his children, Cheryl Cotrofeld (Joe) of Ballston Spa and Mark Bethel of Troy; his granddaughter Valerie Cotrofeld of Myrtle Beach, SC; and his sister Olive Moore of Schaghticoke. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
