He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Fowler of Rotterdam, NY.; and his wife Victoria J. Fowler. He is survived by: his daughters, Tamie L. Fowler and Tanya Lee; his sisters, Kathy Moffre, Karen Oakley (Mike) and Terri Avery (Peter); his sister-in-law Nancie Askew (Billy) of Rotterdam, NY.; his granddaughter Justice Victoria Paige; and his girlfriend Diane Marco of Rotterdam, NY. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
