We are sad to announce that on April 23, 2023, at the age of 76, Richard C. Barnes (Schenectady, New York), born in East Liverpool, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard F. Barnes and Thelma L. Barnes (Shaw). He is survived by: his wife Jean Barnes (Puliafico); his son Rick C. Barnes (Shannon) of Merrimack, NH; his grandchildren, Noah and Erin; his daughter Julie M. Power (Karl) of Rotterdam; and his grandchildren, Kyde, Sebastian and Jordan.

Memorial donations in Richard's name may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105.
