He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Palmer and Anna DeAngelo Palmer; his son Timothy Tuttle; and his brother Robert Palmer. He is survived by: his wife Jo; his children, Richard A. Palmer (Deborah), David Tuttle, Perry Tuttle (Ann), James Tuttle, Cynthia Race (James), Jill Hackett (Robert) and Brenda Morris (Stanley 'Chip'); and his sister-in-law Marie Palmer. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
