He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward J. Czajkowski and Gladys L. Czajkowski (Vincent); and his siblings, Debra Redner and Edward Czajkowski. He is survived by: the mother of his children Kathy; his children, Danielle, Paul Jr., Zachary and Destiny Czajkowski; his grandson Antonio; and his brothers, Michael (Kathy) and David Czajkowski. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
