She was predeceased by: her parents, Medellín José (Colombia) and San José (Costa Rica); her husband William Bristol; and her sister Shirley Miller. She is survived by: her daughter Joan Bristol; her son-in-law Randolph Scully; her grandchildren, Naomi, Marta and Ben Scully-Bristol; and her sister Roslyn Holtz. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, and many friends.
