She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Klementowski and Lena Klementowski (Dirsa); her husband Joseph R. Macejka Sr.; and her niece Donna Cartier. She is survived by: her children, Suzanne and Joseph Jr. (Gail); her grandchildren, Madyson, Matthew Macejka, Katlyn and Michael Villeaume; her sister Mary Ellen Jordan; and her nieces and nephews, David Jordan (Phillip Jones), Brian Fowler (Michelle), Jenny Jordan (Matthew Bleakley), Sherri Ricks (Ronnie), Roxanne Carro (Michael) and Christine Perry.
