He was predeceased by: his grandfathers, Richard Matteo and Robert Hoffman. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Hoffman (Matteo) and Michael A. Hoffman; his wife Cassie Snyder-Hoffman; his siblings, Haylee (Sean Ryan), Brendan and Nick Hoffman; and his grandmothers, Florence Matteo and Blanche Hoffman. He is also survived by his loving aunts, uncles and cousins.
