He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene D. Nicolella and Josephine Nicolella (Santabarbara); and his sister-in-law Pat Richute. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Nicolella; his brother John Nicolella (Patricia); his stepchild TJ Johnson (Kim); his nieces and nephews, John M. (Christine), Scott (Cathy) and Tracey Nicolella; and his brother-in-law Ray Favata. He is also survived by 4 step-grandchildren, 2 great nieces, 5 great nephews and numerous cousins.

Contributions in Lou's memory may be made to Marine's Toys for Tots, Ronald McDonald House Charity of Albany, or any Veteran Organization of your choice.
