He is survived by: his wife Ann Mailhotte (Wolf); his children, Jeffrey Mailhotte (Deborah) and Michelle O'Brien (Kenneth LaCasse); his brother Albert Mailhotte; his granddaughter Jessica Mailhotte; and his great grandchild Madison Mailhotte.
