She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert LaFreniere and Ruth LaFreniere (Crawn); her husband Richard Countermine; her daughter Margaret Tenhoeve; her sister Mary Alexson; and her granddaughter Shelby Countermine.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Countermine (Deb), Dale Countermine (Rebecca), Stephen Countermine (Deb Zellan) and Randall Countermine; and her siblings, Albert LaFreniere, William LaFreniere, Jeffrey LaFreniere, Bryan LaFreniere, Elaine Kenfield and Karen Countermine. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bond Funeral Home (1614 Guilderland Ave, Schenectady, NY 12306). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
