He was predeceased by: his parents, John G. Parker Sr. and Mary Parker (Natorella). He is survived by: his wife Ruth E. Parker (Teta); his children, Nicholas (Shirleigh) and Quinn Parker; his stepson Kyle Ryan (Selina); his stepgrandchildren, Gavin and Lennon; his sister Sue Parker Salisbury (Mark); his nieces and nephews, Christy and Michael; and his friends, Judy and Paul Bonitatibus.

Memorial contributions may be made to Community Hospice, 310 S. Manning Blvd.
