Joanne Thomson Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne Thomson (Schenectady, New York), who passed away on April 20, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Borysewicz and Rose Borysewicz; her husband Milton Thomson (Mickey); her sister Patricia Arthur; and her brothers-in-law, Thomas Jewett and Benny Stachewicz.
She is survived by: her sisters, Helene Stachewicz and Barbara Jewett; her brother-in-law Thomas Arthur; her children, Scott Thomson (Laurie), Jaclyn Ross, James Thomson (Terri), Colleen Thomson-Krebs and John Thomson; her grandchildren, Sierra, Ryan, Addison, Landon, Mckenna, Emersyn, Asa and Frankie; and also JoJo. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family members and friends.
A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Our Lady Queen of Peace Church (210 Princetown Rd, Schenectady, NY 12306).
