He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry LaBrake (Pat) and Josephine Califano (Dick). He is survived by: his caregivers, Tara, Laura, Mark, Gretchen, Peter, Janet, Melissa and Henry; his wife Pamela Leffingwell LaBrake; his children, Renee Crisafulli (Nick), Henry D. LaBrake (Kat), Matthew LaBrake, Justine Viele and Donn LaBrake (Brooke); his grandchildren, Nicky Crisafulli and Anthony Crisafulli; his great grandchild Pumpkin; his brothers, Richard Califano (Judy) and Paul Califano (Mary Jane); his mother-in-law Genevieve Kukla; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel Leffingwell (Debra), Jessica Langlois (Keith) and Tara Allen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in his memory to Community Hospice of Albany.
