She was predeceased by: her parents, Francesco Caracciolo and Rosalia Caracciolo; her former husband Charles W. Hendrickson; and her siblings, Vincenza Esposito, Florence Caracciolo, Louis Carach and Mary Jo Zizzi.
She is survived by: her husband Chuck; her daughter Mary E. Hendrickson of Saratoga Springs; and her friend Mary Matricardi Pratico. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
