He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Polenz and Edith Polenz (Gordon); his sister Victoria; and his nephew Edward. He is survived by: his siblings, James Polenz (Adrienne) and Marsha McFeeters (Rick) of Warwick, RI.; his nieces and nephews, Jena Polenz Martin (Jay), Stacy Wells, Chad Polenz, John Polenz and Tyler McFeeters; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Melody, Macey Wells, Logan, Luke Martin and Taryn McFeeters.
