He was predeceased by: his sisters, Ida DiCarlo, Pierina Di Legge and Anna DiCocco. He is survived by: his wife Luigina DiCarlo Di Legge; his sons, Rinaldo Di Legge (Phyllis) and Giuseppe M. Di Legge; his granddaughters, Amanda and Sofia Di Legge; his sisters, Assunta Ciccarelli, Lucia Tagliaferro and Gemma Cianchini; and his sisters-in-law, Italia Capoccia, Costanza Zurlo and Diana DiCarlo. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
