Frances E. Searles Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances E. Searles of Schenectady, New York, who passed away on February 6, 2025 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Nye and Anna Nye of Schenectady; her husband Norman C. Searles; her son Peter Norman Searles; her grandson Conar Norman McCown; and her pet Barney.
She is survived by: her brother Richard F. Nye (Marie) of Delaware; her daughters, Cynthia "Cyndi" Ricard PhD (John) of Schenectady, NY and Virginia "Ginny" McCown (Jack) of Virginia; and her nieces, Christine Nye (Jonathan) of New York, Laurie Cornog (Steven) of Delaware, Karen Cloud (Douglas) of Delaware, Carolyn Nye (Bryan) of Delaware and Kathy Nye of Delaware.
