She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Fazzone and Emmanula Fazzone (Emma) of Schenectady, NY.; and her sister Emma Koss. She is survived by: her siblings, Concetta DeLisa (Connie) of Bath, NY and Arthur A. Fazzone (Marion) of Schenectady. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
