He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Bord; his stepfather Samuel Bord; and his siblings, Eddie Devino and Betty Wasson. He is survived by: his wife Geraldine "Gerry" Devino of Schenectady; his children, Elaine Noel (Robert) of Schenectady and Paul Devino (Marjorie) of Colonie; his grandchildren, Robert Noel, Laura Noel-Hamilton (Brett), Joseph Noel (Alexis Tasso) and Nicole Devino; and his great grandchild Kiemon Noel.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that charitable donations be made to City Mission of Schenectady, or Daughters of Sarah Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, Albany NY.
