He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson Joseph and Cela St. Lewis. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Jo Joseph (Persch); his children, Troy Joseph, Kathy Joseph, Brenda Joseph, Nicole Canning (Steve), Pheona Browne (Orvin), Sherita Buckmire (Robby), Efia Alcid (Eric), Aiyana Joseph (T. J.) and Nathan Joseph (Rachel); and his siblings, Mervin St. Louis and Jessica Blanc Royer. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
