He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles H. Tillman, and Joan Payne Tillman, Sr.; and his sister Jo-Ann Dean. He is survived by: his close friend Annette Pino; his children, Joann Gigante (Kristofer), Christine Tillman and Michael Pino (Dawn); his grandchildren, Francesca Gigante, Charles Tillman, II, Erica Tillman, Aleeca and Deandra Pino; and his siblings, Patricia Randolph (Donnie), Sandy Tillman, John Tillman (Vicky), Robert Tillman (Sally) and Terry Hutton. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
