With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Catherine Mary McKee (Schenectady, New York), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 16, 2025 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen and Ruth Allen (Downs); her grandchildren, Taylor Crooks and Kate McKee; her son-in-law Bucky Crooks; and her siblings, Frances Allen, James Allen (Susan), Norbert Allen and George Allen.
She is survived by: her children, John R. McKee (Gretchen), Greg Alan McKee (Suzanne) and Teri Crooks; her grandchildren, Ryan McKee (Tonya), Matthew McKee (Katie), Mikaela Estey (Ryan), Erin VanDeusen (Nate), Philip McKee (Rachel), Jessie Hempstead (Josh) and Conor McKee; her great grandchildren, Jack McKee, Maximus McKee, Jameson McKee Rylan McKee, Harper Estey, Raegan Estey, Kennedy Hempstead, Milly Estey, Liam Vandeusen, Nora VanDeusen and Maeve McKee; her brother Father Philip Allen; and her pet Louie. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as her best friend.
