She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Pa" Forkas and Helen "Ma" Forkas; and her brothers, Jim and Donald "Butch" Forkas. She is survived by: her children, Will Wheeler (Elizabeth Skane), Sue Jacob (Joe) and Jim Wheeler; her grandchildren, Alex, Wilson and Ellis; and her friend Patricia A. "Poppy" Roesch. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
