She is survived by: her daughter Ruby Jean D'Angelo (Brooke); her mother Wendy Grant; her stepfather Paul Grant; her grandparents, Jean Molloy and John Kellogg; her stepsiblings, Gabby Condon and Dalton Grant; and her cousins, Aubrey Barrett, Collin Kellogg and Charlotte Lopez.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the National Alliance for Mental Illness.
