He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Steele and Frances Palombo Steele; his close friend Josephine Pedone; and also Angelo Pedone, Jr.. He is survived by: his family, Vincent Pedone (Nicole), Marylou Pedone (Joe Roy Jackson), Joanne Ferrara and Rosanne Carringi (Dennis). He is also survived by many cousins and dear friends.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Rossi & Ditoro Funeral Home (501 Union St, Schenectady, NY 12305). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Paul the Apostle Church (2777 Albany St, Schenectady, NY 12304). The military honors was held on Tuesday, February 11th 2025 at the St. Joseph's Cemetery (100 Kings Rd, Schenectady, NY 12304).
