He was predeceased by: his parents, Constantino and Maria; and his wife Stella. He is survived by: his children, Richard Cortese and Linda Kartner (Gary); his grandson Andrew Kartner; his great grandchild Mason Kartner; and his siblings-in-law, Naomi Gallo and Vincent Gallo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
