Elizabeth Hale (Martin); his children, Rachel and Bradford Hale; his grandchildren, Mirabelle Smith (Sarah), Veronika and Alexander Golden; his pets, Toblerone and Aquinnah; and his sister Dorinda Hale. He is also survived by cousins and a niece.
