It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sarah Ulan (Schaghticoke, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on March 5, 2018, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband John J. Ulan. She is survived by: her children, Victoria Bailey Bush, Debby Vandenburgh, Sarah Ulan Plummer and James Wolfe; and her grandchildren, Michael Jennings, Donald Jennings, Jeremy Jennings, Eric Jennings, Christina Serson and Samantha Bailey. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
