It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Leon R. Philpott (Schaghticoke, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on November 28, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Randolph Harrison and Gladys Linda Philpott (Harmon); his wife Joan Ann Philpott; and his granddaughter Brittany Philpott. He is survived by: his children, Randy Philpott (Stacey) of Johnsonville, Linda Garland (Martin) of Mechanicville and AmyJo Tanzman (Jon) of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Heather Fey (Joel), Joshua Garland, Thomas Hunter (Laura), Madisan Hunter and Sylvia Tanzman; and his sister Diane DeLurey. He is also survived by six great grandchildren.
