He was predeceased by: his grandparents, George Martin, Marie Oliver of Cohoes, Leon and Barbara Smith of Schaghticoke. He is survived by: his parents, Eric Smith and Sandra Smith (Oliver); his siblings, Rob McLaughlin (Jacquelyn Bowen) of Schaghticoke, Alyssa Smith (Evangelos Fanos) of Randolph, VT and Shane Lee (Bethany) of Detroit, MI.; his friend Derek Cipolla; his aunt Sandy; and his uncle Eric. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and loving family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to the Shriners Hospital, C/O Chase-Smith Family Funeral Homes, 319 Park Avenue, Mechanicville, NY 12118 in loving memory of Eric Smith.
