It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Brackley (Schaghticoke, New York), born in Troy, New York, who passed away on October 17, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Madigan and Phoebe Madigan (Galloway); and her brother Glen Madigan (Joan). She is survived by: her husband Jack Brackley; her sisters, Donna Cook (Joe) and Joan Koch (Max); her sons, Chris Brackley and Mark Brackley (Jennifer Topetro); her grandchildren, Amanda Rosen (Samuel), Cassandra Brackley (Zack), Mark Brackley, John Brackley and Kyle Brackley; and her great grandchildren, Noah Rosen and Zachary Esposito. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
