He is survived by: his wife Janet Holmes Murphy; his children, Michele, Kyle and Suzanne; his son-in-law Brandon Gendron; his grandchildren, Kyleigh and Jack; and his siblings, David, Francis, Robert Murphy, Kathleen Toolan and Betty Jane Gorman. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
