He is survived by: his wife Judith; his children, Robyn and Eric; his daughter-in-law Jennifer; his brother Richard; his niece Hannah; his nephew Jared; and his grandchildren, Danielle, Alex, Lyla and Max.

“My Husband and I were patients of Dr Leventhal..For my last check up we were in Massachusetts and I was looking to get an apt. We had moved out of the city to Massachusetts and Florida. But of course I always wanted to see Dr. Leventhal I found out he wasn’t there. I was so sad — thinking about him today I went online to find out that he had passed away.. With tears in my eyes sending our condolences to the Family.. He was one of a kind and very very special man.. Rebecca & Ben Egozi”
