He was predeceased by: his wife Diana; his son Joe Arcidiacono; and his siblings, Anthony, Gaetano, Rocco and Maria.

He is survived by: his children, Joey, Nancy (Michael), Marianne, Gerri (Eddie) and Antoinette; and his brother Mario Forgione (Theresa). He is also survived by his 11 Grandchildren, his 14 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in Angelo's name to St. Jude.
