He was predeceased by: his wife Patsy (Patsy); his daughter Jean; his grandsons, Ryan and Robert; and his great grandchild Gabriel.

He is survived by: his children, Barbara (Michael), Kenneth (Dana) and Steven (Karen); and his sister Mary (Fran).

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the New York City Firefighters Burn Center.
