He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Angelo (Cammy) of Sayville, Salvatore Jr. of Sayville, Gracelynn of Sayville and Michael (Jennifer) of Florida; his grandchildren, Angelo, Christina, Adrianna, Marisa, David and Alyssa; his great grandchildren, Michaela and Brayden; and his siblings, Frank (Jackie) of Florida and Annette White (John) of Florda.
