She was predeceased by: her parents, Kaspar Kaufer and Helen Kaufer; her husband Joseph Gurl; her brother Robert Kaufer; and her nephew Bob.
She is survived by: her children, Heather, Joseph and Holly; her nephew David Kaufer (Kim); her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kyra, Evan and Nicholas; and also, Joanne and David.
