He was predeceased by: his former wife Marilyn. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, Frederick Leyboldt (Kelly) of West Sayville and Kristen Leyboldt-Ferris of Sayville; his stepchildren, Kristina Diehl (John) of West Sayville and Erik Bachsmith of California; and his grandchildren, F. Tyler, Victoria, Julia, Alexander, Zacharia, Emily, Benjamin, Jakob and Rebecca.
