It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward G. Koenig of Sayville, New York, who passed away on November 19, 2022, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, George Koenig and Irma Ruopp Koenig; his wife Shirley Koenig; his children, Michael Koenig, Kindra Koenig Block and Eric Koenig; his grandchildren, Myranda Block, Elijah Block and Luke Koenig; his sister Karen Roberts; his friends, Ed and Shirley; and his pet Lucy. He was also cherished by cousins, nieces and nephews.
